Eric (“Ric”) W. McKown has been in charge of TDD product research and development since January 2018 and has been engaged in the line of business associated with the franchise since that time. Since April 2009, he has served JumpSport in various capacities, primarily as Dir. of Product Development. In 1993, Ric earned his Pastry Chef certification from The California Culinary Academy, in San Francisco, California, and has owned a wholesale bakery, managed a USDA facility, and developed new products for Marie Callender’s. Ric and his wife, Alison, co-authored The Candy Bar Cookbook: Baking with America’s Favorite Candy. Ric is located in the Detroit, Michigan area.
